For landlords, investors, tenants, managers and providers
The shared ledger for property you own, rent or manage
Leasifys is property-management software for the UAE and Egypt. One record per unit holds the lease, rent schedule, deposits, bills, maintenance jobs and each owner's share, and every person sees it from their own side — landlord, co-investor, tenant, property manager or service provider.

Co-owned property runs on WhatsApp and goodwill. Until it doesn't.
Who paid what?
Rent lands in one account, service charges in another, and the split lives in someone's head.
Who approved that?
A AED 4,000 AC repair gets agreed in a group chat and disputed six months later.
What does the law say?
Rent caps, notice periods and deposit rules differ by emirate — and change.
See it, don't read about it
Every screen below is the live app with a demo portfolio — nothing staged.
One lease, one truth
Upload the Ejari or tenancy contract and Leasifys reads it on your device: term, rent, instalments, cheques, deposit. The schedule tracks itself — paid, due, bounced — and both sides see the same page.
- ✓Registration deadline reminders
- ✓Receipts in English and Arabic
- ✓Tenant confirms, nobody retypes

Maintenance that doesn't wait for you
A request goes to three matched, licensed providers. They quote itemised; you pick a slot. The tracker says what happens next in plain words — and the provider confirms payment, so your books stay right.
- ✓Urgency worked out from the problem
- ✓Address shared only after you approve
- ✓You pay providers directly

Money per unit, per owner
Rent received, bills paid, service charges, net yield — split by each owner's share on the day it happened. Owners see their numbers; managers see the work.
- ✓Yearly P&L chart and table
- ✓12-month bill forecast
- ✓Show the portfolio in AED, USD or EGP

Community permits, pre-filled
Move-in, move-out, contractor entry: Leasifys opens the permit with the community's checklist, ticks what it already holds (Ejari, IDs, licence), and counts down the apply-by date.
- ✓Rules for DHCM, Emaar, Nakheel, JLT and more
- ✓Portal links and contacts on hand
- ✓Reminders before it's late

A business hub for providers
Licensed providers get the jobs, the slots, the sign-offs and the payments in one place — plus revenue by month, repeat customers and service facts.
- ✓Matched by category, city and community
- ✓Ratings with facts beside opinions
- ✓Nothing held — you're paid directly

The same portfolio on a laptop
Two columns, sticky status rail, the one action that matters. Works the same in Arabic, right to left.

Built around the unit, not the user
One unit, every stakeholder
Roles come from the title deed and the lease, never from a sign-up form. Owners, tenants and managers see the same unit from their own side.
Rent that tracks itself
Instalments, cheques in hand, receipts, deposits, late answers from the tenant — and reminders before Ejari and renewal deadlines.
Maintenance with guardrails
Requests go to matched, licensed providers first. Spend above the agreed limit goes to the right approver. You pay providers directly.
Every owner's share, every dirham
Shares to two decimals; rent, costs, returns and yield split automatically and shown to each co-owner.
Regulation as data
Dubai's rent index slabs, Abu Dhabi's freeze, Sharjah's first-years rule, Egypt's rental law — versioned per city and checked before anything automated runs.
Documents read for you
Upload the deed, Ejari or a bill and the fields fill themselves. Personal IDs are read on your device and never sent to an AI.
How it works
1
Add a unit from its document
Title deed, Ejari or management mandate. Identifiers stop the same unit being created twice.
2
Invite the other side
Co-owner, tenant or manager gets a one-tap link; roles follow the document, not the invite.
3
Let the ledger run
Rent, bills, deposits, repairs and reminders — with every action audited.
Frequently asked questions
Is Leasifys free?
Yes. Leasifys is free during the pilot for landlords, investors, tenants, property managers and service providers. Pricing will be published before any plan is charged, and nothing you record will be locked away.
Does Leasifys register Ejari or Tawtheeq for me?
No. Leasifys prepares the contract and reminds you of the deadline, and marks a lease as registered when you upload the certificate and number. Registration itself is done on the official channel (Dubai REST, a typing centre, or Tawtheeq).
Does Leasifys hold rent or deposits?
No. Leasifys never holds money. Rent, deposits and provider payments go directly between the parties; Leasifys records who paid what, when, with receipts.
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen, email, receipt and legal text ships in Arabic and English; Arabic prevails for consumer-facing legal texts.
Which countries does it cover?
The United Arab Emirates (all emirates, with Dubai and Abu Dhabi rules verified first) and Egypt. Saudi Arabia is prepared in data and switched on when the Ejar rules are loaded.
